Clients of CONSORT Consulting Group member-companies

Clients of CONSORT Consulting Group are legal entities using our companie's services in personnel search/selection on commercial basis.
The Client possesses the off-limits status.
Ñompanies of CONSORT Consulting Group do not undertake direct approach to employees of the Client companies.
The Candidates hired by the Client company through us, are off-limits as long as they are employed by the Client company.
CONSORT Consulting Group consultants undertake to:
  • Strictly adhere to all terms and conditions stipulated by contract

  • Regularly inform the Client about the progress of work on the assignment

  • Strictly observe agreements with the Client as to what information about the company, position and compensation and at what stage can be revealed to the Candidate

  • Keep confidential all information about the Client company obtained in the process of the assignment.
  • Candidates of CONSORT Consulting Group member-companies

    Candidates of CONSORT Consulting Group member-companies are individuals hired through them — from the moment of their agreement to consider vacancies offered, and up to the end of guarantee period of their work in the Client company.
    In regard to Candidates, consultants of CONSORT Consulting Group member-companies undertake to:
  • Stick to principles of business ethics in contacts with the Candidate

  • Strictly follow the pre-agreed schedules and conditions of feedback

  • Provide the Candidate with all available information about the vacancy

  • Refrain from disclosing to third parties confidential information about the Candidates

  • Never send the Candidate's resume to a potential employer (or even mention his/her name and position) without the Candidate's consent

  • In no circumstances to charge the Candidates.
