The event you are attending today is of double significance. This is the first ever time a major International Executive Search network has met in Russia. Directors of well-known Executive Search companies from 35 countries are simultaneously present at this seminar.
This is also a pilot initiative to create a professional forum for discussing challenges and opportunities of cross-border relocation of top managers and unique specialists. Based on your feedback we hope to organize more.

Andrew Walker, Joint President of the International Executive Search Federation

Andrew Walker is Managing Director of Ashley Harvey Associates Limited, an international executive search company based in London with offices also in China. He was previously Managing Consultant of Wheale Thomas Hodgins plc for their London and International practises. Following an early career in accountancy he then held various roles in the City of London within the Inchcape Group, The Bank of London & South America and The Sterling Credit Group latterly as Group Company Secretary. At Reed Elsevier he held a variety of positions during a 15 year career with the Group including Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive, Vice President of Reed Wallcoverings in the USA, and Managing Director of a group of 40 weekly magazines and newspapers within their IPC Publishing Division. He has travelled extensively working across Europe, Australia, South Africa, South America

Mark Geary, Joint President of the International Executive Search Federation

Mark Geary is the Managing Director of AsiaNet Consultants, an executive search firm with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou.
He previously has held HR Director positions for such companies as ICI, Inchcape and Inter-Continental Hotels. He has lived and worked in UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Taiwan. He is co-founder and a Director and Joint President of the International Executive Search Federation, now the world's second largest group of independent search consultants located in 42 countries and 86 cities around the world.
Mark has a Degree in Business Administration, is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of the Institute of Directors.

Prior to Joining BBDO Tatyana worked in Human Resources for more than 10 years and she has an experience with large multinational companies in oilfield and FMCG industries as well as with local companies.
