He delivered two presentations before the audience of around 150 people. The first topic was “Attracting Executives from Abroad: a Russian and Global perspective” which highlighted IESF and CONSORT experience in searching for top-management within Russia and CIS and introduced IESF as one of the largest networks of partners globally that could help Kazakhstan in attracting professionals.
The second presentation was “Tender (Bidding) Process: Most Efficient Tool for Selecting Approved Service Suppliers in The Search Industry”. Among other subjects of discussions were issues dealing with strategic HR: training and development, staff assessment, KPI, top- and mid-level management searches, compensation and benefits, and HR IT products.

Participants ranged from Moscow, St Petersburg, Almaty, to Belgium, Turkey and USA. Representatives of HAY Group, Watson Wyatt, TNS Gallup Media, Home Credit, SHL, Panalpina, SAP, Robertson&Blums, Lexus Russia, Konica were among the presenters. A large number of HR Directors from Russian and Kazakh leading industrial groups and banks attended the Congress throughout the two days and was throuroughly satisfied with the level of organization and its content
