  • 2nd stage: SELECTION AND ASSESSMENT OF CANDIDATES

  • Advertising on CONSORT's web-site and other mass-media

  • Personal contacts, direct approaches to candidates

  • Gathering and analysis of information about candidates

  • Preliminary telephone interviews. Primary assessment of candidates' matching formal requirements

  • Personal interviews. Confirmation of the information obtained during preliminary search.

  • Assessment of professional skills. Determination of candidate's personality suitability, motivation and salary expectations
  • 3rd stage:PRESENTATION

  • Consultant's written report on each presented candidate

  • Determination and discussion with the Client of the best candidates for personal presentation

  • Organization of the Client's interviews with the best candidates

  • Testing of final candidates (on demand)

  • Gathering of recommendations on final candidates
  • 4th stage: DISCUSSION/ DECISION MAKING

  • Consultant acts as a go-between in discussion of compensation package and conditions of Employment Agreement
  • 5th stage: FOLLOW UP

  • Follow up and assistance in adaptation of the new employee
