1st stage: GATHERING COMPREHENSIVE INFORMATION ABOUT POSITION

  • Consultations with Client's representatives providing the information on current market situation and average compensation levels

  • Adjustment of job responsibilities and requirements to candidates

  • Elaboration, discussion with the Client and acceptance of the ASSINGMENT, containing information about company, position, criteria of candidates selection and contract terms
  • 2nd stage: SELECTION AND ASSESSMENT OF CANDIDATES

  • Database Search

  • Advertising in mass media, in Internet, CONSORT's web-site and other mass-media

  • Cooperation with experts

  • Cooperation with profile educational institutions

  • Preliminary telephone interviews with candidates, primary assessment of candidates matching formal requirements
  • 3rd stage: INTERVIEW AND SELECTION OF CANDIDATES

  • Structured interviews are carried out with each selected candidate (professional and personal background, motivation and competency-based interviews)

  • Assessment center adapted programs and professional testing are used for selection of certain categories of line management

  • Gathering of essential documents and references (on demand)
  • 4th stage: PRESENTATION

  • Written reports on the selected candidates are submitted to the Client.

  • Determination and discussion with the Client of the best candidates for personal presentation

  • Organization of the Client's interviews with the candidates

  • Feedback on candidates
